5 adventurous rafters set out to explore the white Rapids in Gopeng ( about 2 hours south of Ipoh ).

The weather was temperamental, starting off hot but quickly shifting to a rainy setting. This did not discourage the 5 individuals. They boarded the raft and began the descent down the river.

20 minutes into the ride, the raft was capsized, throwing the 5 rafters into the frigid waters.
Everyone survived and escaped death with minor cuts and bruises.

One of the rafter were even quoted stating
